All variable data is processed within Xcard Technology's Secure Vault which has been custom designed to give 'top of the range protection' for all sensitive data processing and offers the following security features:

• Only Key Personnel (IT Managers) granted access
  
• Access control on all door areas
  
• I. D. Cards to be displayed by all IT employees in sensitive areas
  
• CCTV Cameras installed in sensitive areas where variable data is processed as well as throughout the plant. Covert spy cameras are also in place
  
• CCTV Cameras operate outside and around complete premises
  
• Cameras monitored 24/7 - 365 days a year by Security Personnel
  
• Electronic Shutters built completely around Data Processing Vault unit
  
• Grills on all windows

Security Guards operate 24/7 at Xcard Technology's premises so that no unauthorised visitors allowed access to Plant under any conditions without prior confirmation and approval in writing.

Visitors Manual operating so that all Companies on their arrival at Xcard Technology confirm their status, company details, who they are visiting, and why they are at Xcard's premises - and until confirmation is given by Management that an appointment has been booked - access is withheld.
