We began manufacturing Prepaid Telephone and Scratch Cards as early as 1992, and were the first British Company to manufacture these type of cards.

XCARD TECHNOLOGY PLASTIC CARD PRINTING PRESSES

Xcard Technology commissioned their Plastic Card Presses to be built to specialist requirements, being the only one of its type in the UK offering the highest standard of printing onto plastic, allowing them to print plastic from as thin as 200 micron right up to 850 micron thick.

COMPUTER TO PLATE

With the latest Computer to plate to press, all plastic card printing is carried out on the most up to date Plastic Card Printing Presses built, and offers all of their clients high class presentation of their Phonecards.

Xcard Technology have been approved to manufacture Phonecards for Vodaphone, 02, Orange with all data processing carried out under the most secure conditions on top of the range data processing equipment - with all PIN numbering checked by video camera throughout the production.

We pride ourselves on 'manufacturing' our prepaid phonecards from design through to plastic card production on Xcard Technology's plastic card presses, specially built for plastic card printing, with the data processing and personalization, automatic camera operated lines and flowwrapping processes.

All produced 'in house' at Xcard Technology's latest factory premises with all Prepaid Phonecards manufactured in either HIP, Laminated ISO PVC, coated glossy PVC or Coated Boards.
