The Profolds installed by Xcard Technology is the
most up to date data processing machinery so far available
in the world, and as well as being the most modern,
with leading edge technology, it is the fastest. This
equipment has been approved for use on the Vodaphone,
O2 and Orange Telephone Scratch cards, and is well
known throughout the world as 'Top of the Range' for
ink jetting/encoding and scratch off applications.
The Profold has many unique features which reject
any cards which are suspect, automatically replacing
them, and at the same time putting a black marker over
the rejected card so that it cannot be duplicated,
or used within the card run.

Xcard Technology have had 'custom built' bagging (flow wrapping) systems
fully automated and in-line equipment which bag in singles,
and over wrap automatically at the same time, in fives/tens/fifteens/twenties
and more if required. Our Bagging Machinery is computerised,
operates with cameras, and is one of the fastest bagging machines
in the world. Our two bagging machines are the only ones of
their kind worldwide, as they were built to our own specifications
which were requested by our clients such as Mauritius Telecom,
Vodaphone, and Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco)
and we produce their work on this equipment.
